A squeezing pressure.
I tried to swallow it

Would you cry?

Quietly bawling
The embarrassment of tears.
Worldwide sadness
Crushing sorrow
Silly and hopeless.
Would you feel pity?

Paralysis of my heart
No decisions, no actions
Just a moral freeze.
No bravery
No morality
Just embarrassment

I did it.
I didn't jump
I didn't cry
I didn't feel pity.
I went to the war.
I was a coward.
